Back then, it was fair to say that Pearl Jam cared as much or more about their fans than any other band around. That's impressive considering they were just about the biggest band in the world at the time of the testimony. With their latest tour and pricing structure it's a little more complicated. I still believe they care immensely, but their lottery-based ticketing system has devolved over time and I'm afraid it's closer now to what Ticketmaster wants more so than what they want.
