Thank you for this response Caroline, you’re the type of fan I was hoping to reach. I’m happy you liked the piece and I’m glad someone like you, who didn’t witness Kurt and that entire era firsthand, has the same questions and “what ifs” that I do. It means his death, as sad and tragic as it was, wasn’t totally in vain.

We’ll always have the music but when people still care about the people who made the music, long after they’re gone, that means they’ve touched us in that place only great music can.
