I agree about Mudhoney. In a way, they wanted it to be that way. One of the reasons that Green River broke up was because Stone and Jeff had a different musical direction they wanted to explore as well as more lofty career goals. Mark and Steve wanted a different, less commercial sound and formed Mudhoney to do that. They absolutely are underrated though!
